When the Model 3133RA Oscilloscope Probe’s small BNC actuating pin makes contact with a scope’s actuation pad (if so equipped), the scope automatically detects the x10 attenuation setting of the probe and adjust the scale readout accordingly. The probe’s 350MHz bandwidth makes it ideal for use with high-performance, higher frequency oscilloscopes in the 200 to 250 MHz range.
Similar to other members of Cal Test’s family of high performance probes, the Model 3133RA has a good response curve and low noise figure, and features two adjustment caps for low and high frequency compensation. The probe’s durable gold plated tip can be easily replaced, if necessary, and the entire probe family features a unique “snap-locking” sprung hook for a solid, positive connection. Once in place, it will not slip off.
