Cal Test Introduces User-Repairable Solderless Breadboards 

The PRO 555 Solderless Breadboard offers several outstanding features including:

The PRO 555 Solderless Breadboards have been designed to be user-repairable in the field. The user can remove the back and replace the contacts if they become damaged. Now there is no need to endure dead spots and the board can be quickly placed back into service. Model CT2044 PRO 555 Accessory Maintenance Kit includes the required replacement contacts.

The basic PRO 555 Solderless Breadboard is a small, durable, rectangular, white Polyester plastic board containing 2 side-by-side zones of 5 contacts by 43 rows (a total of 430) for IC’s and components, plus 5 lines of 5 x 5 contacts (a total of 125) for power and grounding. PRO 555 boards together into a matrix if desired. The rear plate is made of clear Polycarbonate to enable the user to easily view the contacts. Available as an individual Breadboard unit, the Model CT2043 is priced at a low $16.90 each.

The PRO 555 Solderless Breadboards also come conveniently mounted on black anodized aluminum panels for larger circuit designs. Unique binding posts (5 total), facilitate user power, ground, and signal connections. The binding posts are uniquely designed to work with both standard and sheathed banana plugs. Each panel comes with a convenient circuit tracing pad to develop and document your design.
